I’ve re authorised my bank but it still won’t sync. It shows as set up on my nbank and active but won’t sync in QuickBooks

Hello ajpph81,

 

Let's perform some steps to isolate why the bank transactions are not syncing after reauthorising. 

 

To begin with, let's update the connection between your bank and QuickBooks. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Transactions tab.
  2. Select Bank transactions.
  3. Click Update.

 

If you're still unable to see the entries, you'll have to upload them manually.
