I understand that you'd like a refund for the cancelled subscription. It's best to reach out to our Customer Support Team since they are the ones who process a refund.
- Go to the Help button and select Contact Us.
- Enter Refund and click Let's talk.
- Choose how you'd like to talk to our Support Team.
Also, you can still access your previous data if you decided to resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online. We keep it for a year after you cancelled it before it'll be deleted permanently.
