If my transactions have not updated since October but my bank account is active how can I access new transactions?

Manually refreshing your bank feed helps access your latest transactions in your QuickBooks Self Employed. To do so, follow the steps below:
 

1. In your QBSE account, go to Transactions.
2. Tap the dropdown icon beside Add transaction, then choose Manage accounts.
3. Click the Refresh All tab.

If transactions are still missing, consider manually importing them using a CSV file.
