im pulling my hair out trying to connect my bank cards to my account every card every account wont link and this is 3hrs now any ideas

im pulling my hair out trying to connect my bank cards to my account every card every account wont link and this is 3hrs now any ideas

I see how challenging it can be not to connect your bank with QuickBooks, Adi64. Could you please tell me the name of your bank and if you encountered any error messages during the attempt? Any details you provide will help us identify the issue and guide you through the resolution steps.

 

Please note that QuickBooks only supports certain banks, which might be why you're experiencing difficulties. You can visit this article to check if your bank is supported: Banks that support Open Banking connections with QuickBooks Online. While this resource is for QuickBooks Online, it's still applicable for QuickBooks Self-Employed.

In the meantime, you can manually upload your bank transactions by downloading them from your bank's website in CSV format.

 

Once you've successfully connected your bank, remember to categorise your transactions to help you track your income and expenses and keep them organized.
