In QBO banking feed how can I set the start date for the list of transactions displayed?

The first list I have acquired shows large number of historical transactions which I have already entered manually into QBO before I set up banking feed.  It's time cosuming to check them all to see if I believe them

Hi there, communityoil.

QuickBooks downloads the historical bank transactions when the bank account is connected the first time. We can exclude and delete them instead. Here's how:

  1. Select Banking.
  2. On the Banking page, select the For Review tab.
  3. Select the check boxes of the transactions to exclude.
  4. From the Batch actions drop-down, choose Exclude Selected.

Excluded transactions are listed on the Excluded tab for reference or review, but are not tracked or reported as part of your business finances and don't appear in any associated account registers or reports.

On another note, if we wish to reconcile these bank transactions by matching them to the recorded transactions, we'll have to do it manually. Here's an article as a reference: Assign, categorise, edit, and add your downloaded banking transactions.
