Is there any way in the bank reconciliation I can group together payments? Ie paid in 1 payment but for 4 invoices so reconciliation shows 4 payments.

Quickbooks posts each invoice payment separately when one payment was made from the bank. Is there a way to group together the payments?

HelloAllyson3, thanks for posting on the Community page, this is not possible to do in QuickBooks for reconciles. The only options in the reconcile page are within the filter icon on left left-hand side of the page. Any other questions please let us know
