What bank is it and what account type is it? What exactly happens when you try to reauthorise your bank account? Are you getting any error messages or codes come up? Are you trying to do the reauthorise on the app version or on the web browser version on a laptop or pc or phone?
It takes me through to the banking app, where HSBC confirm the authorisation. Then when I come back to quick books it says it was unsuccessful, and gives an option to try again.

Thanks for getting back to us keenandevelopmen; to troubleshoot the issue, please try logging in via an incognito/private browsing window (press ctrl + shift + n on your keyboard at once in Google Chrome or MS Edge to open) using a computer/laptop device > click the link to renew your connection on your banking dashboard. :woman_technologist:
