What file types can you download from your bank? csv, pdf, or else? You need to import your historical data manually.

I’m here to help you ensure that your transactions appear in your QuickBooks account, karen267.

Beforehand, could you let me know which banking institution is connected to your QuickBooks account? Any additional details will help me provide you with the most accurate resolution.

Please note that the import of bank transactions in QuickBooks depends on your financial institution's file format. The system can download historical data ranging from 90 days to 24 months' worth of transactions.

After that, QuickBooks will regularly download your bank transactions every 24 hours. Since you're only seeing transactions from October, we can manually upload your data using a CSV file. Please follow these steps to bring them into QuickBooks:

  1. Sign in to your bank website and download the transactions.
  2. Log in to your QBO account and go to the Transactions menu.
  3. Click the Link drop-down arrow and select Upload from file.
