To start, could you provide what the error message says when you click Manage consent? Can you also please share the name of the bank you're trying to connect to QuickBooks? Knowing this will help us figure out if there are any issues with that bank's connection.
In the meantime, we recommend clearing your cache as browsers save cached files from websites to load them faster during future visits. However, if these files are outdated or corrupted, they can interfere with features in QuickBooks Online Self-Employed, such as connecting to your bank. You may also want to use a different supported browser to rule out any browser-specific glitches affecting the reconfirmation process.
While waiting for a permanent solution, you can manually import your transactions into QuickBooks to continue managing them effectively.
