Hi, I bank with HSBC who have recently changed their process to log into online banking, which means you have to use your secure key every time you want to log in rather than just your username and password.
This meant that I didn't refresh my Quickbooks Self-Employed banking for a little while. I have updated it today and I am missing transactions between 21st August and 1st October. I have tried refreshing my account several times but they aren't appearing.
Do you have any suggestions of how to fix this please?
