Monzo is not connecting to quickbooks and is constantly on checking witu no new transactions

Allow me to assist you in connecting your bank and ensuring all your transactions are properly synced.

 

Before we proceed, could you let me know if you've encountered an error message while attempting to connect to Monzo? This will help us identify the issue and provide the most accurate solution.

 

To start, please visit your bank’s website to check for any announcements about ongoing maintenance or updates they might be performing that might be impacting the connection with QuickBooks. If there are no issues on your bank’s side, you can manually refresh the bank account connection in QuickBooks.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to your Bank Transactions page.
  2. Select your Monzo bank account tile.
  3. Click the Refresh button.

 

If transactions still don’t appear, you can manually upload your bank transactions into QuickBooks using a CSV file to keep your records up to date as a temporary workaround.
