Hello Sonia. There are a few reasons why a connection could drop. Are you seeing a specific error code, or is the bank's name not showing up when you search for it?
To get things moving in the meantime, open a new tab and log in to your bank's website and check for any maintenance alerts or security notifications that need your attention.
Then, click Link account in QuickBooks and search for your bank again to confirm it is supported for a direct connection. If your bank doesn't appear in the list, it means you'll need to move your data over manually to keep your books up to date.
Finally, to import manually, download your transactions from your bank's website in a CSV format. Back in QuickBooks, click the Link account dropdown and select Upload from file to bring that data into your For review tab.
