So you have a few options
You can manually create an excel file with all the transactions and then import that into QB
or
You can create 1 transaction for each customer ect for the fill amounts and give a breakdown in the description or lines.
or
You could just create them all manually 1 at a time.
It is up to you how you would get the data into your account but there are some options there for you.
