My bank has brought in a code being sent to my mobile in order to access my account which is preventing me from doing bank updates what can I do?

Hello @timstreet,

 

Connecting your account via standard feeds is unavailable. You'll want to connect your bank feed via open banking. Let me guide you how.

 

  1. Go to Banking, Then, Connect or Add account.
  2. Search your bank's name, then Continue and then Agree on the terms and conditions.
  3. Follow the steps on your bank's internet banking page to authorise QuickBooks to connect to your bank account. Once you have authorised the connection, you will automatically be taken back to QuickBooks.
  4. In QuickBooks, click the bank account you want to connect, and which account they will link to in QuickBooks.
  5. Hit Connect.
