My bank isn't linking all my transactions. How do I get it to show all my transactions?

Hello there, Watty. Is this your first time linking your bank to QuickBooks? Some banks only provide the last 90 days of transactions when you initially connect, so that could be why you're seeing a gap.

 

Before we dive into troubleshooting, I recommend checking your bank's website for any maintenance updates. Sometimes, maintenance work can temporarily block transactions, so it's worth a look.

 

Once you've confirmed there's no maintenance, let's manually refresh to pull in the latest transactions. Go to Transactions on the left, select Bank Transactions, and click Refresh. It will sync transactions.

 

If that doesn't work, we can manually upload the transactions instead. Since you're already on the Banking page, click New Transaction and select Upload Bank Statement to bring them in manually.

 

Just a heads up, if the missing transactions end up syncing later after you've already uploaded them, you can exclude the duplicates to keep everything clean.
