You'll want to re-download the transactions to get this fixed. Let me walk you through how. You can use the Web Connect file to download manually. Please see this link for the detailed steps: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Here's how:
Select Banking on the left pane.
Choose Banking at the top, then click File Upload.
Click Browse and choose the file you saved in Step 1.
Click Next.
From the QuickBooks account drop-down, select the account you want to upload the bank data to and click Next.
If you're uploading a CSV file, you're prompted to select columns from the CSV file that match QBO banking fields.
Click Next when you're done.
Select Let's go or Finish.
