Thank you for reaching out here in the Community, Angela. I appreciate the effort you’ve made, to reconfirm your consent and ensure everything is in order.

To keep banking features active in QuickBooks Self-Employed, the Open Banking standard requires users to reconfirm their consent every 90 days.

Since your consent lapsed on September 30, you’ll need to delete your current bank connection and reconnect it to restore access.

To delete your bank, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Transactions tab.
  2. Click the dropdown beside the Add transaction button.
  3. Select Manage accounts.
  4. Click the Delete icon.
  5. Type DELETE and click the Delete button.

Once your bank has been deleted, you can reconnect it again to resume using the banking features.

Let me know if you have any further questions or need additional guidance.
