Hi Kensington, it might be worth checking your bank’s website for any ongoing maintenance or alerts. This could be the reason your recent transactions aren’t syncing with your QuickBooks Online Sole Trader, even if the connection appears to be fine.
If everything looks good on your bank’s end, please reach out to our live support team for a closer look at your account. You may also want to manually upload your recent transactions into the program as a temporary workaround while we sort this out.
Please note that QuickBooks pulls the latest transactions upon restoring the connection, which may include any you've manually uploaded. Please review the For review tab afterward and exclude duplicates to keep your books accurate.
