My transactions are not showing even though bank account is connected .. when I go to transactions it say to connect account

Let's tackle this together with a series of troubleshooting steps to show your transactions, Danny.

 

QuickBooks typically pulls in new data once a day, it's possible that it hasn't been downloaded yet. To resolve this, let's refresh your bank connection. Here's how to do this: 

 

  1. Go to Transactions.
  2. Select the Bank transactions tab.
  3. Click Refresh.

 

If it still doesn't show, please check the status of your bank connection. If your connection has expired or disconnected, QuickBooks won't be able to import new transactions until you reconnect and provide consent again.
