Let’s explore the possible reasons why your transactions haven’t updated since the end of 2025.

 

To start, could you please confirm which specific bank account you are having problems with? In the meantime, I recommend logging into your online banking account to check for any messages or updates that require action.

 

If there's no scheduled maintenance on your bank’s website, you can also manually import your transactions using a CSV file as an alternative.
