I see your bank balance is showing in QuickBooks, but you're not seeing the actual transactions. Let’s troubleshoot this by refreshing the connection and reviewing your settings.
Here’s what you can do:
- Go to the Transactions tab.
- Click Bank transactions.
- Select the Refresh button in the top-right corner of your screen to update the feed and pull in the latest transactions.
Next, check your filter settings to ensure everything is set up correctly. Select the correct bank account and make sure the date range includes the transactions you’re looking for. To check for excluded transactions, click the Control Settings icon under the New Transaction tab, then select Show excluded. This will display any hidden or removed items that may not appear in your main transaction list.
