My TSB bank won’t connect to update my account info. Can anyone help?

Hello @garrysarah,

 

Currently, we have an on-going issue where users, like you, are unable to connect with your TSB bank account.

 

Rest assured that we've already informed our engineering team and they're in all hands working for a fix. I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support so you'll be added to the list of affected users.

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter Unable to connect with TSB bank account in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Select Chat or Get a callback.

Once you've been added to the lists, you'll receive all available updates through your email. I'm adding this helpful article for more ideas in managing your bank account and transactions.
