Let's try to refresh your bank connection, g-ptohides.
- Click the Gear icon.
- Select Bank accounts.
- Click Refresh all.
If the error persists, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed support so they can check your account.
- Click Assistant.
- Type Talk to a human.
- Enter export checklist, then click I still need a human.
- Select from Message an agent or Get a callback.
