I am unable to connect to TSB 'something unexpected happened and we couldn't connect to your bank' - no error code

Have you had any resolve?

Our engineers are already working with your financial institution to identify what's causing the connection hitch between TSB and QuickBooks. We don't have the timeline on when they will resolve the issue.

 

To get updated with the status of the investigation, I would recommend contacting our QuickBooks Care Team. They can add your account to the notification list of affected users. Have them attach your case to INV-37261.

 

Here's how to get support:

 

  1. Click the (?) Help menu at the top right section of your QBO Dashboard.
  2. Tap the Contact us button.
