Let's get your business bank accounts back on track, Stephanie. I have some information to help guide you.

Firstly, could you please share a screenshot of the issue you're encountering with the re-authentication process? It will help us better understand and address your concern.

When authenticating your bank accounts, updates go through smoothly if there are no alerts or notifications from your bank. I recommend visiting your bank's website to see any notices that require your attention, as they can cause a delay in completing the re-authentication process.

Additionally, you can use any supported browsers or an incognito browsing mode when managing the re-authentication process to ensure its completion.

See these keyboard shortcuts to open a private window:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

Furthermore, save time by setting up bank rules in QBO for easy transaction categorization. For detailed instructions, refer to this resource: Set up bank rules to categorise online banking transactions in QuickBooks Online.
