Papal Transactions showing in USD rather thank GBP
Hello,
Stuck! I have recently signed up to a self employed online account. I have linked my bank and Paypal to quickbooks. My account shows in GBP but Paypal is USD ( already checked and default currency is GBP in paypal)
I have called support, and they cant help as no one is trained in the Self Employed app apparently ? And I cant get an answer from the email support! Not a great start !

It sounds like you may be connected to the incorrect URL for PayPal.
Please try disconnecting the PayPal account (this will delete all transactions in the account) and then add the account again ensuring you search and connect to '
Paypal (UK)'.
Please let us know if the transactions continue to appear as USD.
