You can manually update the bank account in QuickBooks Self Employed (QBSE). Let me guide you with the steps.
- Sign in to QBSE.
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select Bank accounts.
- Click on the Refresh All button
Let's also ensure that you can sign in to your bank's site. If you're able to sign in successfully, look for a message, notification, or alert indicating that something isn't working as it should be.
