I can't connect QBO to my Metro Bank account. I got a 102 error but have been getting it for 3 days. Metro say there is nothing wrong. I have tried reconnecting my account to Metro and I get this which I suppose is another version of a 102 error. What is going on. I'm a bit fed up with Metro and QB blaming one another. Please can someone tell me what the actual problem is and when it will be fixed, or I'm just going to have to swap to Xero instead.
we are aware of this issue customers or having this is due to Brexit, what we advise is if you try and do the connection tomorrow as the issue should be resolved by then for our customers.
