We need to update your credit card connection in QuickBooks Online(QBO) so it syncs with your new Barclaycard.
Before updating the connection, ensure you have the login credentials associated with your new Barclaycard and any additional verification details like the phone number for two- factor authentication.
Here's how to do it:
- Open QuickBooks Online and go to your main dashboard.
- Select the Banking or Transactions menu on the left-hand side.
- Click the tab for your Connected Accounts.
- Find the old Barclaycard connection (linked to the expired card) under your connected accounts list.
- Click on the account and select the Edit.
- Choose Disconnect from the options provided.
- Confirm the disconnection when prompted (This won't delete any past transactions already downloaded).
After disconnecting, you can connect your new card.
