We would be grateful if you can login to your online bank account there should be a message that appears, select don't show me the message again. Then clear the cache and cookies on your browser again, login to QuickBooks and attempt to update/connect your account.

I am having the same problem with linking a UK Santander business account and have read all the previous posts on this topic. Despite trying the various suggestions - check URL, clear cookies and cache, log on to Santander account etc, I am still stumped! Have confirmed various security questions (those provided when I opened the account). Error messages suggest a problem at the Santander end of the process, however, I have been trying on and off for the last 6 hours and no luck. Any other advice out there? :-(

We received reports from other users that they're unable to link their QuickBooks with Santander Bank. Our engineers are working to get this fixed.
In the meantime. you can manually download transactions from your bank and upload them into QuickBooks Online.
I also suggest contacting our phone support team to add you on the affected list. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment. Here's how to reach them.

Many thanks - I have only just started out with quickbooks and so am getting things set up at the moment. I will log a ticket with your support team and will also raise with Santander. Their web pages are not very helpful!

26/10/19 Update - have just spoken to Santander online business banking support and they are changing my account credentials which will resolve the problem! :-)
