Can not link the bank with virgin, aqua, fluid etc. nor reconnect them, when they will sort out this glitch?

Welcome to the Community, @tawfique-hubs-gm.

I know how important it is to link your bank to QuickBooks Online. Let me provide troubleshooting procedures to resolve this issue since you can't connect them.

Unusual behavior or QBO errors can be because of saved files in your browser. Your cache stores the files from various websites you visit so you can quickly load them the next time you visit. Open websites like QBO will load more slowly if the cache keeps too much information.

You can access QuickBooks Online with a private browser (QBO). Because this kind of browser does not maintain a cache, we can ascertain if there is a problem with the browser more quickly.

Here's how:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

You can clear your regular web browser's browsing history if it works. It will delete any previously saved browsing data that may have contributed to the problem.

I'll walk you through the steps:

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Click More.
  3. Choose More Tools, then Clear browsing data.
  4. Add a time range. Select All time to delete everything.
  5. Check the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  6. Select Clear data.

Otherwise, you can proceed by using other compatible browsers.

Also, I'm adding this article for your future reference. Once everything is okay, it can guide you in categorizing and matching bank transactions in QuickBooks Online: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
