In the meantime, let's perform the following troubleshooting steps:
- Let's make sure you’re able to login to your bank’s website.
- If you’re able to login successfully, take note of the username and password you used.
- Log back into your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
- Reconnect your bank account.
- Enter your bank’s login credentials inside QuickBooks.
If you still can't click the Agree button, I suggest accessing your QBSE account using a private browser. Private mode prevents storing cache and cookies that might cause problems when running websites.
Here are the shortcut keys you can use:
- Google Chrome: click Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: hit Command + Shift + N
Then, connect your bank again. If your bank is connected successfully, let's go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. This will remove the stored cache or cookies to refresh your browser's background process. If the same thing happens, use another supported browser. It could be that the one you're currently using has a temporary issue with QuickBooks.

Once your transactions are in QBO, you can now categorise them.
