You're referring to deleting or cancelling your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, correct? If so, please refer to the steps below:
- In QBO, go to the Gear icon at the top right to get to the Account and Settings.
- Click the Billing and subscription tab at the left pane, then choose Cancel subscription or Cancel online in the QuickBooks section.
- Follow the on-screen instructions, then select Submit and cancel subscription.
- Hit Got it to complete the process.
