Hello, Ross Boulter.
I'd like to continue the import process that you did with one of my colleagues.
What information are you trying to import? More details would help so we can continue with the steps.
If you're trying to import your bank transactions, you'll want to ensure your file is formatted properly. This ensures there will be no errors when importing. You can check this article for the steps and details regarding the template: Import bank transactions using Excel CSV files.
You can also check this article for additional information: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
If this isn't the case, are you referring to your lists such as customers, products, services, etc..? You can use our Import data tool to bring them in. Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon, and choose Import data.
- Select a specific list you want to import.
- Browse for your file, then hit Next.
- Map your fields then continue with the import process.
More details about the process can be found here: Move your lists to QuickBooks Online.
You can also visit our articles if you need help with other processes and tasks after importing your data. Browse a topic here, and select an article.
I'm still looking forward to your reply. If you have other concerns, feel free to add them. Happy to help out.
