I recently closed two of my accounts and switched them into one new one.
In doing so i have just logged onto QuickBooks Self-employed and found all the transactions from those closed accounts have gone from my expenses and income.
Thanks for reaching.The bank accounts do they show in the cog in the top right (of the browser version of Self Employed)>bank accounts as closed accounts?
It may have picked it up similar to a disconnection of a bank account which in the Self Employed product would remove all reviewed transactions.
It may be possible for our tier 2 team to recover them. Do you have FaceBook or Twitter? If so could you DM/PM us your email address and also the last 4 digits of the bank account which the transactions have disappeared from in QuickBooks, as the Community is a public forum it would redact information like that if you posted it here.
i have an issue with my account. It says my bank account is closed so i am no longer getting transactions coming through. It now says I have 2 accounts, 1 closed and 1 open. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same problem been onto the chat for 1 hr who was absolutely hopeless, he could not retrieve the transactions so asked me to reconnect the bank account, which I can't do because it is closed!
It is really poor that you lose all the hard work in assigning the transactions because you had to close a bank account!
Is there any way to retrieve these other than to manually go through all my statements and re enter them.
