Hi,
I have attempted to connect my Tide account with Quickbooks on several occasions, both on my phone and laptop.
On my phone I get an error saying site can't be reached when re directed to the "partnerauth" pop up.
On my laptop I get this message when trying to do the same:
{"statusCode":401,"code":"FDPVLT-1003","type":"CLIENT","message":"authentication error: invalid ticket","detail":{},"moreInfo":"https://github.intuit.com/CTO-Dev-FDS-Vault/VaultApplicationServices/wiki/FDPVLT-1003","category":"catastrophic","intuit_tid":"f09f6390-6fed-43de-9714-4dd3878ac50a"}
I have cleared my cache on my browsers just in case that was causing any issues.
Any help appreciated

Some banks have unique ways of connecting to QuickBooks Self-Employed, NigelB1.
Please make sure first to enable the pop-up on your browser whenever you try connecting your QBSE into Tide. There will be a pop-up that asks you to use your Tide mobile app to scan a QR code. We'll have to follow these steps so we can link them successfully.
If you allowed the pop-up already but still getting the same error, I suggest clearing the browser's cache. This is to check if it is the reason of this issue. Aside from Safari, you can also use other browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
In addition, you'll want to log in to your Tide account to get a .csv file that we can import. This is another way of bringing in your transactions into your QBSE account.
Comment again if you have more questions. I'll be here to help you.
I’m sorry but this hasn’t been solved.
i have tried multiple times on both my phone and computer. On both chrome and safari. Have also spoken to your technical endlessly with no avail.
is it even possible? Or are you just advertising that it is?
Hi again, GHurford.
Connecting Tide accounts is supported in QuickBooks Self-Employed. Aside from the previous steps that we shared above, we have one more option to recommend.
Make sure to turn off your browser's pop-up blocker while connecting your bank. This is to make sure that all contents of the pop-up window is displayed. Use the steps in this article on how to turn it off: Enable pop-up windows.
Although, you can still import your banking transactions using a CSV file if you're still getting the same issue. Here's how:
Once imported, you can proceed to assigning categories to your transactions.
Here's an article as a reference: Categorize and edit transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

I spent ages on the phone With QB trying to get the problem sorted regards to not being able to connect QB to tide. It seems to be something your end. Someone was meant to call me back yesterday but it didn’t happen. Could someone please call me and help me to connect so I can use QB.
Hi Funnycow15,
We can see you spoke with someone in the chat support who suggested a different browser. We can't call from the Community but we can certainly help to resolve the issue with Tide. If you could reply back with a screenshot of the error in QuickBooks when you try and connect that would be great.
Thanks
I've tried all major browsers, cleaned cookies+data, disabled all extensions, etc etc. I can't get it to connect. Not even from the tide site(https://web.tide.co/login/). The phone app tells me I've been logged in. But the web app constantly returns a 403 Forbidden message on the following call https://api.tide.co/tide-backend/rest/api/v2/auth/web/grant/eexx-96c9xxx46ae3dc7f99/29605de7-89ab-47... (token redacted) and a 401 on https://api.tide.co/tide-backend/rest/api/v1/users/me?check=true .
So no, the issue isnt on our end.
Hi cpop,
Thanks for joining this thread and for trying those troubleshooting steps.
Can I confirm the specific account type you hold with Tide which you are trying to connect? This should be connected first from QuickBooks, where you will then be re-directed to your bank to enter security information.
Security configurations on iOS devices can cause complications completing the connection, can I check if you're using a Windows or Apple device?
I am using a macbook pr and I am having the same issue when I go to click grant access the same thing is happening to me.
Hello FutrueCarping,
Thank you for posting on this tread,
Are you able to try and connect your TIDE account up on a non-apple device and see if it allows you to connect or if you get the same problem and let us know how you get on?
