Can someone recommend a UK Bank that actually works with Quickbooks? I currently use HSBC and have been able to download the Current account and my Business Card until open banking came along and it now looks like I can only link the current account.
I just want a Bank that with a Current Account and Business/Credit Card linked to Quickbooks.
All recommendations welcome!

Yes and HSBC business is there. But I cannot connect to the Business Card.
I also have 13 emails from QBOE Support saying they have solved the issue.
They have not.
The list only includes HSBC, Barclays and Paypal.

You're on the right track in reviewing the list of supported banks in QBO. We value data security in this forum. Because of this, we're unable to recommend any banks you can connect to the software. However, I'd suggest checking out this link to verify if Barclays Business supports this Open Banking feature: Understanding If You Can Upgrade Your Bank Feeds To Open Banking. Just locate the bank in the Financial Institution column.
On the other hand, contacting our support team is one way to help resolve your HSBC Business Card connection issue. But since it persists after getting 13 emails from them, I'd suggest downloading the transactions from the bank using a CSV file. Then, manually upload the file into the program.
After that, let's go to the For Review tab from the Banking page. That way, you can check if there are duplicate transactions since you've uploaded a CSV file. If there are any, I recommend excluding them.
However, if there are no duplicates, you can continue editing and categorising your HSBC transactions. Doing so will help you ensure your financial records are correct. To learn more about this process, visit this article: Categorising Bank Transactions.

As mentioned by my colleague above, we value data security here in the QuickBooks Community. That being said, we're unable to recommend any bank since every bank uses a different connection. QuickBooks Online supports several banks to connect. However, because of the regulation upgrade or due to system change in open banking, we are not able to connect transactions automatically.
For now, I suggest to manually import your transactions as recommended above. Doing this, your bank entries will add to online banking in QBO.

quickbooks is a really interesting business.
A whole load of people (like accountants) who don't use it highly recommend it. When you actually use it you find that it is clunky, not user friendly, and there are basic problems with the software that no one knows how to or bothers to fix.
We do design the product with ease of use in mind so it's not great to see you don't find this to be the case, are there any particular areas that you think could be improved or any particular issues you're experiencing that we could help with from here?
