Reconnecting to a Barclays account does not work.

I am unable to reconnect a Barclays account. It keeps telling me the connection has expired even after successfully going through the process of reconnecting.

Reconnecting to a Barclays account does not work.

Got online support. Had to:

  1. In QB: disconnect the offending account (In Chart of Accounts)
  2. Login to Barclays and copy URL
  3. In QB: Go to Banking > Add Account and paste the url in the field
  4. Follow the process and when asked, select the correct account from Barclays & reconnect to the corresponding QB Chart of Accounts entry

Reconnecting to a Barclays account does not work.

Just to clarify:

  1. It was working successfully before
  2. The process of reconnecting does not return any errors
  3. Only 1 of 2 accounts is not reconnecting

How do i disconnect the accounts through the chart of accounts? im having the same problem

From memory: In the chart of accounts, select "Edit" account. A form should then display. At the bottom of the form you should find an option to disconnect account on close. Tick the option and save/close the form.
