Revolut Payment Reference Not Pulling Through

I’m a long time user if QBO. I’ve just recently opened a Revolut Business Account. QBO is successfully pulling in the transactions but it’s not bringing the narrative/reference across. As a result I’ve no way of knowing in QBO what payments received relate to.

anyone had this problem/have a solution?

Revolut Payment Reference Not Pulling Through

Thank you for using QuickBooks Online for so long, Brian. Let's make sure you can see the reference of your transactions.

Firstly, may I ask if you've received any error when viewing the transactions? Any additional information can help me provide a more appropriate solution.

In the meantime, let's perform a browser troubleshooting to determine if this is a browser-related error.

We can start by accessing your QuickBooks Online account through a private browser, as this ignores historical data. To save you time, you can refer to the following keyboard shortcuts below:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If it works fine, clear your cache without including the cookies, so the system can start fresh. You can also use other supported browsers to help narrow down the cause of this behavior.

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team, as they have the necessary tools and expertise to investigate this further.

Additionally, you can check out this article to learn how to fix if you come across an error code or error message when trying to connect a bank account: Fix bank errors in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you have further concerns about the payment transaction from your Revolut account. Keep safe.
