I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team to add your company detail to the list of affected users of INV-40802.
Here's how:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Click Help located in the upper right-hand corner.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter your concern in the Ask a question (or tell us what’s wrong) field, then click Continue.
- Choose either Email or Chat method to contact support:
