Since updating the transactions and relinking your bank account hasn’t resolved the issue, I recommend visiting your bank's official website to check for any updates or maintenance notices, as temporary disruptions can sometimes impact the syncing process.
Also, please note that since you've relinked your bank account, there may be a chance of duplicate transactions appearing in your records. Be sure to review and exclude any duplicates to maintain accurate financial data and prevent discrepancies.
In the meantime, you can manually upload the missing transactions. Most banks allow you to download transaction history in a CSV format, which can be imported into QuickBooks. This can help ensure your records stay up-to-date while resolving the syncing issue.
Here's how:
- Navigate to All Apps and go to the Accounting tab, then choose the Bank Transactions section.
- Please select the blue tile corresponding to the account into which you are uploading the transactions. Click on the Link account drop-down and then Upload From File.
