Currently, there's is an investigation about the connection of the Monzo account. Rest assured, our product engineers prioritize this concern and are working tirelessly to resolve it as soon as possible.
I recommend calling our Self-Employed Support Team to get added to the current ticket. This will allow you to get updates via email while the issue is being fixed. You can do this by following the steps below.
Here's how:
- Go to the Assistant icon at the top.
- Click I need help link. Choose Not helpful, then tap Talk to a human.
- Hit Still needs to talk a human link.
- Choose either Message an agent or Get a callback.
In the meantime, you can manually upload your bank transactions into QBSE. All we need is to export the transactions from your bank and import them into your account as a CSV file. For the steps and details, please refer to this article: Add older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
