The Lloyds Bank reconnection does not appear to be working over the last few days - 1/7/20 onwards. Does anyone know what the issue is and when it will be resolved?

I'd like to start by asking if you encounter a specific error code or message? This can help me verify if there's an ongoing investigation so I can provide a more accurate steps to fix this.

 

For now, if you haven't tried manually updating your bank account, I suggest performing this to refresh the connection between your bank and QBO.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu,
  2. Select Update. If you only want to update some accounts, select the unwanted ones, then select Update now.
  3. If asked, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials. Then select Continue update.
