You can stop these transactions from reappearing by excluding them instead of deleting them. When transactions are deleted during a migration, QuickBooks Online sees them as missing and imports them again as new data.
Here is how to exclude those transactions so they stay out of your books:
- Go to the Bank transactions page.
- Check the boxes for the transactions you want to remove.
- Select the Exclude button.
- Select Exclude transactions to confirm.
