Tide bank connection stopped working

When refreshing my bank account, I now get this error message:

 

"Something isn't working

Sorry, your bank no longer supports working with QuickBooks. Contact your bank for more info.(1000)"
 

This connection has been working fine up to now and I have a second QB subscription with a connection to the same bank (different account) that also works fine. The bank in question is "Tide". I have tried clearing cache and I have tried on multiple devices.

 

Any suggestions?

Welcome to the Community. Thanks for letting us know about the troubleshooting you've taken before contacting us.

 

I have additional tips to share that can resolve errors when the bank connection stopped working in QuickBooks Online. 

 

It could be that your credentials for this specific bank account needs to be updated. Ensure to use the same credentials you've used as you log in on your bank's website.

 

If you know you're using the correct sign-in information, go to your bank's website and update your password. Then, go back to QBO and re-enter it on the banking page. 

 

If you encounter the same issue, disconnect your bank and search your bank again using your banks' URL link. Choose the correct bank, then reconnect it. 

 

If you're still getting the same error, please contact our Customer Care team. They can check what's causing this error and help you fix it.

Hello,

 

Could you kindly try again and see if your Tide account now connects and remains connected ? We made some improvements with our Tide integration and believe this should now be addressed.
