Trying to connect tide bank account. App starts process then goes back to the pick a bank page,website screen just goes blank,can you help?

I'll make sure you can connect the Tide bank account to QuickBooks Online.

 

Can you also tell us if you're getting an error message aside from getting looped back to the main page? It's possible that a browser issue is preventing you from linking your bank account to QuickBooks Online.

 

Let's start by logging in to your account in an incognito/private browsing session or a different browser. These keyboard shortcuts will let you open an incognito session: 

 

  • Ctrl Shift N  for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift P for Firefox
  • Control Option +if you're using Safari
  • Ctrl Shift P for Microsoft Edge

 
If it works, we'll have to go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to get rid of the junk files and site data.

 

If the same thing happens, you may use other supported browsers. It could be that the one you're currently using right now has a temporary problem with QuickBooks Online.

 

Once your transactions are in QuickBooks, you can start matching and categorizing them. You'll need to review the entries to put them in the correct accounts.
