Update - Online Banking Issue - NatWest, RBS, Tesco Bank

Update 19/4/18:

We have been advised that connection issue to NatWest, RBS and Tesco banks have been resolved. To get your latest transactions into QuickBooks, simply go to your Banking page, select your respective bank accounts and click on Update

We're aware that some of our customers have been experiencing problems connecting to their bank account in QuickBooks Online. Our teams have been diligently working on resolving this issue and we will continue to keep you updated.

 

Most of our banking issues can be resolved by simple troubleshooting steps and we advise our customers to try the steps highlighted in this post.
