Hello there, Will.

Thanks for reaching out about the missing transactions in your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account. I understand the importance it is for your financial data to be complete and accurate, so let’s get this sorted.

Before we proceed, could you please let us know the name of your bank? This will help us check if there are any known issues or maintenance affecting your bank’s connection on our end.

Please know that QBSE relies entirely on the data provided by your financial institution. Missing transactions could happen due to delays or interruptions in the bank connection or if your bank is undergoing maintenance. I recommend visiting your bank’s website to verify if there were any outages or updates during the period from 21/1/25 to 27/2/25.

Also, keep in mind that QuickBooks usually syncs transactions from the last 90 days. However,  some financial institutions lets you sync transactions from up to 24 months. If your last transaction is older than that, it might not appear automatically. In that case, you have the option to manually import older transactions.

To make sure the transactions aren’t just overlooked in QuickBooks, we can check if they've already been synced in QuickBooks by selecting All for the TypeAccount, and Date filters.

If you still don’t see the missing transactions, your browser cache might be causing the problem. Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies often resolves display and syncing issues with QuickBooks. You can also use another supported browser as an alternative.
