At the moment, the feature to automatically send Thank You emails after payment reconciliation is currently unavailable.
I acknowledge that having an automatic thank-you email feature after payments are reconciled in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is important. However, as this feature is currently not available, I suggest providing feedback about it. We always value customer feedback when improving or adding features.
