Why can’t I reconnect to my Lloyds bank business account ?

Let me help ensure you're able to connect Lloyds Bank Business Banking (UK) to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, @maccasathessle.

 

The error 590 is usually temporary that will resolve within 48 hours. You can wait for an hour and try to reconnect your account.

 

Here's how to connect Lloyds Bank Business Banking (UK):

 

  1. From the left menu, select Banking.
  2. Click on Link account.
  3. In the search box, enter the name or URL of your bank, and click Continue
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to link your account.
  5. When you’re ready, select Connect securely.

If the error persists, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team so they can create a case. And, send it to our Product Team to investigate what's causing the error.

 

In the meantime, you can manually import transactions to QuickBooks while we take a look at this issue.
